Street sweeper truck

The street sweeping truck is a new type of highly efficient cleaning equipment that integrates pavement cleaning, garbage collection and transportation. It can be widely applied to main roads, municipal areas, airport runways, urban residential areas, parks and other road cleaning scenarios.

Introduction to Sweeping Truck:

Composition: It is composed of a chassis, an auxiliary engine, a fan, a water tank, a garbage bin, left and right side sweepers, a rear suction cup, a hydraulic system, an electronic control system, and a modified auxiliary frame.

It can also be equipped with a watering function.

1. The engine is equipped with an ISUZU 57KW engine;

2. The water tank of the street sweeping truck has a capacity of 2m³, and is equipped with an internal water level alarm. The inside of the tank is treated for anti-corrosion, rust prevention, and poison prevention;

3. The garbage bin of the street sweeping truck: uses a double-layer inner liner made of stainless steel, with a capacity of 4 m³;

It is equipped with a filter screen to prevent blockage of the air outlet;

It has a built-in spray dust control device to maximize the use of the space in the garbage bin;

Discharge: The body is lifted for discharge;

According to customer requirements, additional snow shovels, lifting platforms, and cannons have been installed to achieve multiple functions.

4. The sweeping discs: there are 2 on each side. The sweeping discs have a deflection function, reducing the number of sweeping and brushing operations and lowering the usage cost;

5. The suction port of the suction nozzle reaches 1100mm, and the maximum total width of the operation is > 3.2m. The suction nozzle is adjustable;

Install the snow removal roller, and use it as a snow removal equipment in winter.

Connection between snow removal roller and street sweeping vehicle: Adopting a quick-change structure, a single person can complete the disassembly and assembly within 10 minutes.

The electric and hydraulic control system enables the driver to adjust the angle, height and rotation speed of the brush simply by pressing a button in the driver's cabin.

The street sweeping truck is equipped with a snow removal shovel.

By installing the snow removal shovel and related hydraulic and transmission components, the street sweeping truck can be efficiently applied in winter snow removal areas.

The snow removal shovel is connected to the street sweeping truck with a quick-change structure. A single person can complete the disassembly and assembly within 10 minutes, making it convenient for seasonal switching.

The street sweeping truck is equipped with fog cannons and electric sprinkler cannons for "cleaning + dust suppression + rinsing".

The electric sprinkler cannons can be remotely controlled from the driver's cab.

The front-mounted electric sprinkler cannons of the street sweeping truck have a 30-meter fully automatic fog cannon.

Fog Cannon: It atomizes water into micrometer-sized particles through a high-pressure pump, which combine with dust in the air and then settle down. The dust suppression efficiency is over 60% higher than that of traditional sprinkling.

Electric Sprinkler Cannon: It supports 360-degree rotation and can switch between columnar and fog patterns. The range can reach 40-50 meters.
