Functions of the street sweeper truck: road cleaning; sweeping and washing; spraying for dust suppression; low-pressure flushing and other functions. It is widely used for road cleaning in urban areas, bridges, docks, airports and squares.
Characteristics:
1. The operation method adopted combines scrubbing and high-pressure cleaning, along with garbage collection and wastewater recycling.
2. Center-mounted 2 brush discs + center-mounted high-pressure spray pipe + suction nozzle structure.
3. It has multiple operation functions including road sweeping, road washing, high-pressure cleaning, sewage recovery, low-pressure flushing, fog spraying and road barrier cleaning.
4. The layout of the water tank at the front and the garbage bin at the back; a semi-enclosed auxiliary engine compartment, with left and right turning corner doors and double-sided doors.
5. The grounding pressure of the side-sweep system is adjusted by a spring mechanism. During operation, it can be adjusted according to the road conditions to reduce the wear on the brush.
6. The high-pressure water pump and water nozzles all use imported products. The pump is a stainless steel pump head with a pressure of up to 120 Bar and a maximum flow rate of 115 L/min. The hydraulic valves are equipped with electromagnetic directional valves, arranged neatly, which is convenient for maintenance; the hydraulic motors adopt well-known Chinese brands, ensuring the reliability of the hydraulic system operation.
7. High-pressure centrifugal fan, with a maximum air volume of up to 5700 m³/h; the blade material is made of special steel, which is not prone to wear. Working method: first sweep, then rinse, and finally absorb. It can clean, rinse and absorb garbage and sewage all at once. The high-pressure water line is equipped with a quick-connect anti-freeze water blowing device interface to prevent water line components from being damaged due to low temperatures.
8. The trash bins and water tanks are made of stainless steel plates. Control method: implemented using a PLC programming controller; one-button operation, capable of achieving 9 different working modes. It is equipped with an automatic retraction flushing winch and a flushing gun; large flow rate and high pressure can perform powerful flushing on local oil stains.
9. The rear guardrail is equipped with a row of high-pressure nozzles, which have the function of spraying water to suppress dust.
