12m³ capacity Road Sweeper Truck

Scope of application: daily cleaning work for urban roads, expressways, squares, airports, docks, tunnels and bridges; cleaning and sweeping of main roads in construction sites and factory areas.

Simple structure: more than 90% of the components are assembled using the modular method, which ensures their versatility and interchangeability. They are easy to disassemble and replace.

The capacity of the street sweeping truck is large. The water tank has a capacity of up to 9 m³, and the total capacity of the garbage bin is 7 m³.

Garbage collection method: suction and sweeping, wet dust removal; way of road surface cleaning: electro-hydraulic control, hydraulic tipping and discharging.

The fan and hydraulic system are driven by the auxiliary engine to ensure that the cleaning work continues during vehicle operation.

The structure layout of the street sweeping truck: "Four central sweeping discs + spray dust suppression device + central partition + rear suction nozzle", ensuring that no sand and stones are splashed and cause dust during the cleaning process.

The transmission between the auxiliary engine and the fan is equipped with an automatic clutch, which reduces the impact on the auxiliary engine and improves its working reliability and service life.

The sweeping plate is equipped with an automatic avoidance protection function and an automatic reset function. When encountering an obstacle, it will automatically retract; when passing over the obstacle, it will automatically return to its original position.

By using advanced dedicated fans and fully floating suction nozzles that can automatically level with the road surface, the cleaning effect is excellent and the lifespan is long.

Intelligent electronic control system: one-button operation system, two sets of operation systems in the cab and at the rear, as well as alarm system, and two-way monitoring systems installed in the cab on the right and at the rear.

High-quality maintenance-free centrifugal fan, with a maximum air volume of up to 12,000 m³/h, the fan's total pressure is 9,500 Pa, and the blade material is made of special steel.

Using Cummins B170, the auxiliary engine directly drives the hydraulic pump through the side take-off port (PTO port).

High-pressure water pump and water nozzle: using original imported European products, the pump is a stainless steel pump head, with a rated pressure of up to 10 MPa and a rated flow rate of 142 L/min.

The 12m³ capacity road sweeper truck, in addition to its cleaning function, can also have other functions added: intelligent control electronic gun, snow removal roller, snow shovel, electronic fog cannon, guardrail cleaning device.
