The 6*4 19CBM compactor garbage truck is an efficient compressed garbage truck vehicle.

Upper structure configuration

• The body: It adopts an arc-shaped box design with a volume of 22 cubic meters. The box body is made of Q345 manganese plate, with a 5mm edge and a 5mm bottom. It features high strength and corrosion resistance, effectively preventing the corrosion of the box body by garbage and extending the service life of the vehicle.

• Filler: Made of Q710 high-strength steel, with an 8mm arc-shaped base plate and 8mm slide rail, it features high strength and good wear resistance.

• Hydraulic system: Equipped with Fujian Shanyou cylinders, Zhongmei multi-way valves, Pawa double pumps, and paired with Henan Xiangliu brand hydraulic oil pipes and Wuhan Baier brand hydraulic oil. The lifting cylinder of the loader is equipped with a bidirectional balance valve, which can ensure the smoothness and safety of the loader during the lifting and lowering processes.

• The electronic control system: It adopts the CAN bus electronic control system of Fuli from Changsha, Hunan Province, and is equipped with the operation panel of Eaton from Germany and the wireless remote control of Kawado from Japan. It is equipped with a photoelectric switch and supports three control methods: one-click operation, manual operation and wireless remote control, which is convenient and flexible to operate.

• Sewage tank: There is a sewage tank at the lower part of the standard rear filler and another one on one side of the chassis frame. These tanks can effectively collect the sewage generated during the compression and transportation of garbage, preventing secondary pollution.

1. Engine: Equipped with a Yuchai 270-horsepower National VI engine, it is powerful, complies with National VI emission standards, and has excellent environmental protection performance.

2. Transmission: Equipped with a FAST 8-speed transmission, it features smooth gear shifting, high transmission efficiency and strong reliability.

3. Axle: It adopts a 5t front axle and a 10t double rear axle, which have strong load-bearing capacity and can adapt to various road conditions and full-load operation requirements.

4. Tires: Equipped with 11.00R20 18PR steel wire tires, which have strong grip, good wear resistance and can bear considerable weight.

5. Others: It adopts Dongfeng Huashen T5 cab, equipped with original factory air conditioning, central control, driving recorder, ABS, etc., providing drivers with a comfortable, convenient and safe driving environment.
