Configuration of the sewage suction truck


The tank volume 12 CBM.

The tank body is made of carbon steel plate and is 6mm thick.

Install vacuum sewage pumps of well-known Chinese brands, equipped with sewage viewing Windows, sewage viewing pipes, sewage suction pipes each 6 meters long, oil-water separators, anti-overflow valves, and hand-washing devices.

Hydraulic cylinders with lifting functions are installed on both sides of the tank.

The rear cover is circular and can be opened hydraulically. A self-flow valve is installed on the rear cover for direct self-flow.


Performance features of the sewage suction truck


1.The effective volume of the tank is 12cbm. The external dimensions of the tank (the length of the straight section of the tank × the diameter) are: 4600×1800 (mm). The external design of the tank ensures the overall harmony and aesthetics of the vehicle.


2.The tank body is cylindrical in shape, and the head is a standard elliptical (or hemispherical) shape. It is formed by one-time spinning with a special mold, and the rear cover is hydraulically opened. The sealing ring of the rear cover should be resistant to sewage corrosion. After the sealing ring is installed into the sealing groove, both sides should be tightly sealed without any gap. After the sealing rings on both sides of the flanges are tightly pressed, the clearance around the entire circumference should be uniform.

3. The head shall be made of high-quality carbon steel plate with a thickness of ≥6mm, and the cylinder shall be made of high-quality carbon steel plate with a thickness of 6mm, made of Q235B. The negative deviation of the thickness shall comply with the corresponding national standards. To prevent the tank and the head from deforming due to negative pressure, reinforcement shall be carried out inside the tank and the head.


4. Anti-wave plates should be installed inside the tank. The thickness of the steel plates should be the same as that of the cylinder body. The connection between the anti-wave plates and the tank body should be firm. The upper part of the anti-wave plate is provided with a vent, and the lower part of the liquid flow port can pass through.


5. The outer diameters of the tank body flange and the rear head flange are the same. After welding with the cylinder, control the deformation of the flange to ensure that the sealing ring can be evenly pressed. The dirt collection trough is allowed to be welded to the lower half of the cylinder flange. An observation hole is added to the rear head.


6. The sewage suction pipe and the liquid discharge pipe are all made of seamless steel pipes with a wall thickness of no less than 4mm, and the material is 20# steel. The sewage suction pipe and the liquid discharge pipe are connected by clamps. All sewage pipelines adopt aluminum alloy ball valves, and the valves should have clear opening and closing labels. The rear liquid pipe should be placed at the rear of the tank, forming an Angle of 5 to 10 degrees with the horizontal side and facing backward. When the tank is lifted to its maximum height, the front end of the rear liquid outlet does not interfere with the rear protection, and the height of the liquid suction port does not interfere with the lamp frame component.


7. The sewage suction tank can be self-discharged by pressure or by lifting, with hydraulic lifting on both sides. During unloading, the tank rises and falls smoothly without any movement, collision or jamming.


8. An anti-overflow device should be installed at the upper exhaust outlet of the tank. Choose products from Hangzhou Weilong.


9. A long circular window should be installed at a suitable position on the rear end head of the tank body for the operator to observe. A liquid level alarm device is installed on the tank.


10. U-bolts are used to connect the subframe to the main frame. After installation, the threads should protrude from the nuts by about 3 to 5 turns.


11. Anti-corrosion treatment is carried out inside the tank. The hydraulic lifting system adopts double-acting lifting cylinders and control valves of well-known domestic brands. The tank body is cylindrical and the head is elliptical, ensuring uniform force distribution on the tank body. There are transverse anti-wave plates inside the tank, which can reduce the impact on the tank during vehicle operation and ensure smooth driving. The inner wall of the tank is equipped with reinforcing rings, which can ensure that the tank will not deform or collapse under negative pressure air extraction. The interior of the tank is treated for anti-corrosion, effectively preventing the medium from corroding the tank. An anti-overflow valve is installed on the suction pipeline at the top of the tank, which can prevent contaminants from entering the vacuum pump and overflowing.
