For vehicles outside the warranty period, any parts replacement will be charged at cost only.

Non-Free Repair Service Scope:

1. Failures resulting from improper operation.

2. Failures resulting from improper use, maintenance, or adjustment. 3. Faults caused by user-generated disassembly and repair

After-sales Service:

After receiving customer feedback, we will respond within 2 hours. After-sales personnel will contact the user via phone, video, WhatsApp, or email to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

(2) Proficiently operate the vehicle according to procedures.

(3) Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot common technical issues.
