Main Features
The GK18 aerial work platform integrates multiple functions and its parameters and performance are at the leading level in China. Its main features are:
1.High-end design with a small turning radius
The GK18 aerial work platform is made of the new type of Baosteel 960 high-strength ultra-thin steel. The whole vehicle has a compact structure and a small turning radius. Adapt to narrow working Spaces and be highly mobile and flexible.
2. Single lifting cylinder design
The thickened oil cylinder support arm has less wobbling and higher stability. Improve work efficiency. Ensure personnel safety.
3. The outriggers have a large span
It adopts a single-leg outrigger design, with a longitudinal and transverse span of 4.2 meters /4.2 meters. Larger span, more stable. The scope of work is large. The X-shaped (horizontal + vertical) outrigger design enables the four outriggers to extend horizontally and vertically simultaneously. The outrigger extension and retraction time and the frame leveling time are short.
4. Good working performance and wide working range
The GK18 aerial work platform has a maximum working height of 18 meters and a maximum working range of 13 meters. The operation is simple, the execution is fast, the working range is large, and the working parameters are at the leading level in China. This vehicle adopts a three-section boom. The two sections of the boom extend and retract synchronously, with stepless speed regulation and superior operational performance. The work platform is placed at the rear, and a ladder is set on the walkway board to facilitate the ascent and descent of personnel
5. Both the turntable and the platform can rotate continuously at 360°
The turntable and the chassis pipeline are connected through a central rotation device, enabling 360° continuous rotation. The platform has no wiring harness attached, and only one cable is needed between the turntable platforms to supply power to the platform's rotating motor. This not only simplifies the wiring but also enables 360° continuous rotation of the platform, enhancing the stability of the control system and improving operational efficiency. The platform rotates continuously at 360°.
